During the course of this week, our fax server (rightfax.ru.ac.za) has experienced an increasingly severe problem sending and receiving faxes. The problem began on Monday, and has deteriorated to such an extent that it has been unable to send or receive any faxes today.
Internal troubleshooting began on Tuesday and continued through Wednesday, but we have been unable to find a way to fix the problem. The problem was reported to the suppliers of the software on Thursday morning. The latest feedback that we've heard from them is that they'll be in contact on Monday.
