Between 8 and 11 PM on Sunday 26 April, there will be at least three brief network outages, each of which is expected to be between 5 and 15 minutes long. During those outages, access to almost all network services (including access to the web and e-mail mailboxes) will be disrupted.
During the period of downtime, software on the core switch/routers in the Struben and AMM data centres will be upgraded. As each switch/router is rebooted in the upgrade process, there will be a period of network disruption.
