Subsequent to the problems experienced with the Telkom router on Monday and Tuesday, there has been an additional problem that has caused slow Internet access, particularly on Wednesday.

We've been able to find the problem and apply a temporary work-around which is allowing normal speed Internet access at the moment. In order to find a more permanent solution, we're planning to upgrade the software on the Struben core router, but a time for doing so has not yet been scheduled. The upgrade is likely to involve network downtime of (hopefully) between 2 and 15 minutes.
