everning(Thursday), 24 June 2004 @ 22h00. Please note that the system will go down at this time for 1-2 hours.

My name is Michael Gee and I am the Systems Specialist at Innovative
Interfaces. I have received the work order to install the Electronic
Resource Management module onto your Millennium system. I will be adding
three new record types to your system, license, resource, and contact.
In order for me to install the new record types, I will need to shut your
system down for 1-2 hours. The best time for this installation to take
place would be between 8AM-5PM, Monday-Thursday Pacific Standard
Time. Please contact me to schedule a time for the installation. If you
