The LDAP directory on one of the LDAP servers is unavailable at present. This is resulting in failed logins to a variety of services, including public labs, RUconnected and Terminal 4, amongst others.

We are attempting to repair the LDAP directory in question.

This problem has now been resolved. If you're not able to access drives mapped from file servers (such as shared drives or home drives), please log out and log in again.
