2013/12/17 - Call Centre Office Hours
For reasons that are as yet unknown, all call centre services have switched into after-hours mode. This affects the main University switchboard, the Student Bureau and the IT Help Desk. When phoning any of these numbers you will receive a recorded message indicating the University's office hours.

The problem is being attended to, but efforts to diagnose this have been severely hampered by the denial of service attack that we experienced this morning.
This problem has now been fixed -- the root cause was incorrectly configured public holidays (December 17th 2012 was a public holiday).
