Neotel have been having problems with the core network since about 8PM last night. The symptoms we're experiencing are that national Internet traffic is somewhat slow, and occasionally pages do not load. Other TENET sites haven't been so lucky, and are experiencing complete Internet outages.

What is known is that a core element of Neotel's IP infrastructure has failed; that all their MPLS clients have been badly affected; and that the failure is being addressed at the highest levels of Neotel's executive management.
