There's currently a software licensing problem with the P2000 access control system. Whilst this problem doesn't directly affect access control operations, it does prevent certain updates being made to the system. As a result of the problem, none of the automated updates (such as access to the Library and Braæ labs) are functioning, nor can new student or staff cards be issued. System operators may be unable to perform routine adds, moves, and changes.
We're in contact with the vendor, and they've escalated our problem to their UK office. We don't, as yet, know when the problem might be resolved.
