On Thursday 3 December 2009, we intend doing maintenance work on the network infrastructure serving the Eden Grove complex. It is anticipated that the work will take between four and six hours to complete, and will commence at around 3.30PM. During this time there will be a complete network outage within the Eden Grove building, including the IP telephones in use there.
This work is to rectify the temporary repair that we did as a result of the fibre break that occurred on 4 October, and to upgrade the old network switching in the building.
