About fifteen minutes ago we lost our Internet access to international web sites. At the moment higher educational and national sites seem unaffected.
The fault has been reported to TENET's service desk, and we're awaiting feedback from them.

The outage was/is caused by a circuit failure in Docklands, London. TENET & IS are attempting to re-routed our traffic via an alternate circuit. If this happens, international connectivity will be temporarily restored, albeit at a lower capacity.
