About 20 minutes ago, the University lost all access to the Internet.
The fault has been reported to TENET's service desk. Apparently this outage is on Neotel's network and affects all Neotel-provisioned GEN3 sites. Neotel are aware of the problem, and are working on it at the moment. They're not able to give an estimated time-to-repair, but TENET's service desk has promised to keep us informed.
