During the course of Tuesday 20 January we'll be reconfiguring the student wireless network (campus.ru.ac.za) to require a secure connection.
Once this has happened, all users of the campus.ru.ac.za wireless network will need to reconfigure their PCs to make use of WPA-Enterprise or WPA2-Enterprise security when connecting to the network. Instructions on how to do this are available on the Student Networking website.
Students who have not re-configured their computers will find that they're not able to connect to the campus.ru.ac.za wireless network. Older, unsecured and unauthenticated connections will no longer be accepted.
