The University's voice mail service will be unavailable overnight. During this time the voice messaging system will not answer calls that are diverted to it, and users will be unable to access their voice mail boxes.
This outage is to allow us to run comprehensive tests on the memory that's in the machine that provides voice mail services in an attempt to discover the cause of its recent instability. Normal service should be restored sometime during the course of tomorrow (Thursday) morning.
